The museum is open on Sundays, 2- 4 pm, September to mid-June, and Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 2 – 4pm during the Autumn and Spring Festivals and school holidays.
The Battery is open on the last Sunday of the month from 2 – 4 pm.
Entry fee is $3 for adults and $1 for children.
Bright & District Historical Society also opens the State Battery (near Dougherty’s Bridge on Coronation Avenue) on the last Sunday of the month from 2 to 4 pm. Entry is $2.
It is closed for winter for the same period as the Museum.
The museum and battery can also be opened at other times by prior arrangement with the Secretary.
